To reinforce Emergency Services Introduction for New Canadians (ESINC) concepts learned in the classroom, the Halton Regional Police Service, in conjunction with municipal fire departments and regional EMS services, hosts an annual ESINC Day each spring at Headquarters. Here, students who received ESINC presentation over the course of the past year have an opportunity to:

• Tour emergency services vehicles such ambulances and fire trucks
• Sit in police squad cars
• Learn hands on about the HRPS Specialized Units
• Visit a number of emergency service and relevant community information booths
